A taste of France in Estonia

The evening promises to be a gastronomic journey, showcasing the culinary expertise of French chef and green cuisine designer, Frédéric Jaunault. The French Ambassador to Estonia, Emmanuel Mignot, will be the guest of honor at the event.

Meet the Chef

Frédéric Jaunault is not just a simple chef; he is an ambassador of culinary culture. Frédéric has an impressive track record in promoting the culinary culture of different countries and high-ranking achievements in competitions such as the “Champion of France and Champion of Europe in F&V Carving” in 2008. His culinary prowess has earned him several distinctions, the most prestigious being the Knight of the National Order of Merit awarded by the President of the Republic in 2017.

A celebration of local products

Frédéric is also an ambassador for the prestigious gastronomic festival “Les Étoiles de Mougins” which takes place in the town of Mougins. The festival aims to celebrate local garden produce and showcase culinary creativity.
